After noticing that some of the URL trimming sites are either dying or being blocked, I decided to host
my own. This site is for educators and those involved in education (even peripherally). The goal of the site
is to offer a link shortening service that is free to use and is not likely to be blocked. The site runs Yourls, which is free and open source. Feel free to host your own copy.
